The client needs to be willing and committed to seek personal growth. Coaching is also effective during significant changes such as: transitioning from college, changing careers, becoming a parent, entering or leaving a relationship, looking for a job, starting a business and the list continues. Clients who want to significantly boost their executive functions skills do well with coaching. Doctors also recommend coaching alongside medication (in many cases) to help reach their goals.

Am I ready to seek new solutions and put them into action?

What amount of time can I consider? Three months? Six Months? A year?

What changes need to come about? Or, what do I hope to gain? What kind of support is usually affective for me?
